Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping email with a tracking link the moment it leaves the studio.

United States

Shipping via USPS Priority, typically 2–5 business days after processing. Complimentary shipping on US orders over $100.

International

We ship worldwide via DHL Express, typically 5–10 business days after processing. International customers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes, payable at delivery.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn’t updated in several days or your package seems lost, email khadijasabayacloset@gmail.com and we’ll chase it down for you.

Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can’t reroute a package once it has shipped. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (reshipping costs may apply).
