You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached.
To start a return, log into your account, open the order, and select Request return on the item(s) you’d like to send back. Once your request is approved, we’ll email you the return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without requesting a return first may not be accepted.
You’ll be asked to log into your account to view your order and start the return.
